TEL AVIV (MarketWatch) -- Clariant International Ltd., the Muttenz, Switzerland, chemicals producer, reported a wider fourth-quarter loss on 3.8% higher sales. The loss was 17 million Swiss francs, or 0.08 franc a share, versus 1 million francs, or 0.02, in the year-earlier period. Sales rose to 2.09 billion francs from 2.01 billion.
